深部近距离跨采煤巷围岩控制技术研究

Research on Surrounding Rock Control Techniques of Coal Roadway under Overhead Mining in Close Coal Seam of Deep Mine

摘要:

基于煤矿跨采巷道受到多次的采动影响,巷道变形剧烈、围岩难以控制的技术难点,结合济宁二号矿井113下08运输顺槽的工程实践背景,分析了巷道稳定性影响因素,根据113下08运输顺槽的实际地质条件,113下08运输顺槽采用分段动态支护,揭露煤体之前巷道支护方式为锚网喷;全煤巷道支护方式为锚网梯支护;层间距10~40m时,采用锚网索耦合支护方式,结果表明:这种支护方式有效控制顶底板及两帮变形,经受跨采后巷道形状完好,保证了矿井的安全生产。

Abstract:

As the cross mining roadway was influenced by the mining activities for many times, and there are some technological difficulties, such as severe roadway deformation and uncontrollability of surrounding rock, the author makes a detailed analysis of factors influencing roadway stability by combining with the engineering practice background of 113(lower)08 transport cross heading in Jining No.2 Coal Mine. According to the actual geological conditions of 113(lower)08 transport crossheading,Piecewise dynamic support was applied into the 113(lower)08 transport cross heading, The roadway supporting method is anchor net and sprayed before exposing coal, anchor net ladder in full seam gateway and Bolt net anchor coupling support when Layer spacing is 10 to 40 meter. The results show that this support effectively prevent roof, floor and two sides from deformation and roadway shape remain intact after crossing mining, guaranteeing the safety of the mine.
